Crafted Ads and Payments Experiences for 400+ Million Users Worldwide across Web and Mobile Platforms
As a Design Lead, I shaped the product strategy of eBay Ads & Recommendations in collaboration with Research, Product & Engineering. I successfully integrated valuable user insights into algorithmic solutions, including predictive models and recommender systems, by partnering with product partners and data scientists.
I led the design of the Dynamic Item Card (DIC) framework, streamlining the adaptation to meet the evolving needs and journeys of buyers. With a talent for fostering cross-functional partnerships between designers, product owners, and engineers, I successfully drove the development of relevant, feasible and desirable AI-powered experiences.
At Walmart, I currently lead the design for Payments, impacting over 300 million users on both the app and web platforms. My focus is on creating seamless and secure payment experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

I co-founded the Women at eBay - design chapter that supports Women and allies in Design, Content Strategy and User Research to build lasting, successful careers. The chapter’s mission focuses on building inclusive products and bringing gender diversity to our workforce.
